This End User License Agreement ("License") is an agreement between you and Cube Games. This License governs your use of this application and all related software, documentation, updates and enhancements that replace or supplement the application and are not distributed with a separate license (collectively, the "Application").
Grant. Cube Games grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive license to install and use the Application for your personal, non-commercial use as set forth in this License and any accompanying documentation. The rights you acquire are subject to your compliance with this License. Any commercial use is prohibited. You are expressly prohibited from sublicensing, renting, leasing or otherwise distributing the Application or rights to use the Application. The term of your License shall begin on the date you begin to download, install or otherwise use the Application and shall end on the date you dispose of it or when Cube Games terminates this License.
Copies. You may download this Application from an authorized source. The number of copies you may download during a consecutive day period may be limited. You may not make a copy of the Application available over a network where it could be used by multiple users at the same time. You may not make the Application available over a network where multiple users may download it.
License Validation. The Application and an Internet connection are required to validate the license for some products distributed by Cube Games. You acknowledge and agree that the Application may automatically validate the license rights for some or all products accessed through the Application without providing specific notice to you. This means that in order to use the Application and certain products, you must keep the Application installed on your device. You acknowledge and agree that the Application may use information related to your device, hardware and operating system to create an anonymous machine identifier for the purpose of validating your license rights and updating the Application. The information accessed for this purpose is not stored in a retrievable form.
Application Updates. You agree that the Application may automatically download and install updates, upgrades, and additional features that Cube Games deems acceptable, beneficial to you, and/or reasonably necessary. You acknowledge and agree that any obligations Cube Games may have with respect to support for previous version(s) may cease upon the availability of an update, upgrade, and/or implementation of additional features. Code of Conduct. Under the terms of this License (in the case of online multi-user applications), hate speech, insults and insults against people of any creed, color, race, political ideology or religion are expressly prohibited. In more serious cases, the user may be banned.
Change of terms of use. Cube Games reserves the right to change these terms of use without prior notice in order to address issues not previously covered by these terms.
